A magnificent century old mill transformed into a hotel-restaurant, a splendid terrace bordered by the Gervanne, all around the mountains and the lush nature of the Vercors natural park, the decor is planted. You can take a seat at our table in the Moulin de la Pipe and treat yourself to its generous authentic entirely "homemade" cooking, which uses fresh produce from the Drôme, the Ardèche, the Vercors or the Isère .

In this enchanting setting, ideally located between the Drôme valley and the Vercors Park, close to Crest and Die, Franck Laforest, Master Restaurateur, proposes his specialties ... A chimney roasted lamb mechoui The famous gratin dauphinois "Georgette’s way" (delicious recipe elaborated by one of the former proprietors in the 30’s), on the bone ham cooked in hay from where its inimitable taste or frogs’ legs in parsley fresh and unique because from the Drome! Organic home-smoked trout from the sources of the Archiane or the specialty of the Mill for 25 years: fried Truitelles gribiche sauce served with homemade chips. Vegetarians are not forgotten and can also find dishes to suit their wishes.

On the cellar side, there is a selection of bottles from local small producers and well-known growers, most of whom work in sustainable agriculture.

Tasty cooking to enjoy during a lunch or a sunny brunch on the banks of the river, in the shade of a majestic black bicentennial poplar on our terrace known as the most beautiful in the region or in the friendly atmosphere a cool evening by the fireplace.

The unique atmosphere of our dining room, warm and decorated with eclectic objects, is ideal for a lunch break or dinner as part of a stay in our hotel, a tourist stopover, a business stopover Or a family event to celebrate in the Drôme.

The assurance of a very pleasant moment to share between friends, colleagues or family which can be complemented by a digestive walk around the mill, possibilities are not lacking! We also prepare your picnic baskets to accompany you on your walks.

And if, on your return from a beautiful hike, you are a little peckish in the afternoon, no panic, we have everything planned, we propose a snack menu outside restaurant hours and more if possible: homemade ice cream, pancakes, sandwiches as well as the small Truitelles sauce Gribiche. And to refresh you, nothing like a glass of our delicious sparkling spring water bottled on the property! Water from the falls of the Druise!

Unless you are a fan of beer, in which case you will appreciate our artisanal beers elaborated and brewed from the spring water of the Moulin de la Pipe by the Brasserie du Val de Drôme in Saoû. You can choose from between the blonde, Pipe or the amber, the Omblezienne!
